Imagine a space where you don't have to know what you want. Where you can simply arrive with curiosity and let your body guide the way. This is what a Somatic Journey offers: a chance to listen to what's alive in you right now, without pressure, without agenda.

Think of it like the "choose your own adventure" books you might have known as a child. I will intuitively offer you invitations—a touch, a movement, a dynamic, a moment of stillness—and you get to decide: yes, no, maybe, let's explore further. You are the ultimate creator of your own journey.

We begin with a conversation. This is our "collaborative mapping": we talk about what brought you here, what your body is carrying, what edges you're curious about. I listen deeply, and together we shape a container that honours your boundaries and your intentions. Consent is not a one-time checkbox; it's a living dialogue that continues throughout our time together.

Then, we enter the exploration. What unfolds is entirely co-created in the moment. We might find ourselves in a grounding, clothed touch session, or in a shibari rope exploration. We might move through shaking and sounding, or sink into a quiet journey of sensations. Perhaps a power dynamic emerges, or simply the space to be held in silence. Throughout, I am there to help you translate the messages of your body—those whispers of sensation, emotion, and impulse that can be hard to name alone. Together, we give language to what arises, supporting you in understanding your desires and your edges with more clarity.

This session is also an invitation to expand your capacity for self-listening and self-expression. It's not just about what happens in the room—it's about empowering you to recognize and articulate what you truly need, in your body and in your life.

We close with time to land. This integration space is essential: we talk about what arose, what surprised you, what might want to be carried forward into your daily life. You might leave with new insights, a deeper connection to your body, or simply the memory of having been truly heard.
